This year marks the 40th Anniversary of John Bradburne’s death on 5th Sept 1979. It will also be the official day of the Opening of the Cause of John Bradburne’s Beatification.
There will be an opening ceremony of the cause on Thursday 5th Sept 2019 at Mutemwa in Zimbabwe followed by a Mass held by Archbishop Ndlovu.
The following days after the launch of the cause will see the pilgrimage of Johns supporters who flock to Mutemwa to pray and climb Mount Chigona.
